Before founding Cimba, Subu held engineering leadership roles at Airbnb and Microsoft. At Airbnb, he pioneered the development of the data quality platform, Wall, significantly reducing data errors and shaping the company's data strategy. He founded the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) engineering team in Bangalore, enhancing transaction monitoring with AI and ML to prevent financial crimes. Subu also led the engineering for community support tools, Nova and agent IAM. At Microsoft, he was integral to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 teams, developing key platform components and improving performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of the Common Data Service core platform, a cornerstone of Microsoft's Power Platform and a contributor to its multi-billion-dollar revenue.
