Mike Silagadze

Mike Silagadze is a current venture partner at Ripple Ventures, advising companies on sales, GTM, and selling to enterprise and institutions. He was the Co-founder and CEO of Top Hat, an education software company based in Toronto. Top Hat is changing the way classroom instruction is done on a mass scale. Since its inception in 2009,the company has raised close to 50 million dollars in revenue.

In 2022, Mike founded EtherFi, a decentralized non-custodial ETH staking protocol. It is the only staking protocol that allows stakers to retain control of their keys while delegating validator operations to node operators.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Electrical Engineering.
