Ian Logan was the 1st payments engineer (employee 20) at Airbnb, and spent six years as the Director of Engineering at the company. He built a global payments platform to allow any two people in the world to frictionlessly exchange money. He led Payments, Business Travel, and Monetization engineering. He also started Airbnb's first remote engineering office.
In a previous life, Ian developed trading algorithms and financial applications for investment banks on Wall Street. He invest in startups and help diverse engineers. Ian is also a dad of three under 6.
