We were tracking ZenHub through our data engines and spent a lot of time chasing the founders as we loved the space they were building in, and they had a lot of great buzz online from customers talking about the product. After a month of outreach and demonstration of value add, we finally got the opportunity to invest and co-lead the deal with BDC. As a part of the raise, we helped the company transition from a bootstrapped company to a venture-backed company, and even helped reallocate equity more to the founders. Our team has been working closely with ZenHub's product and success teams on data analysis of customers to optimize growth and retention ahead of the Series A fundraise.
